Rev. Danny Demoraes came to First Presbyterian Church of Kissimmee in July of 2021. Before that he spent 12 years as the Director of Ministries and Youth Director at Church of the Lakes in Orlando, FL. Danny is a graduate of the University of Central Florida College of Business and received his Masters of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary in Orlando, Fl. Danny is also on the Church Development Committee within the Central Florida Presbytery.
The seeds of Danny’s passion to try different ministries are evident as he helped to plant – and is still an active part of – a CrossFit ministry bringing together spiritual and physical well-being. He has also planned a variety of mission trips, and planted an online contemporary church in Orlando, Florida during the COVID-19 pandemic.
When Danny is not running around doing ministry, you will find him with his family.
His 
wife Nicole is a Pediatrician in Winter Garden, FL. Danny and Nicole have 2 children, Clara and Caleb. As a family, they love to find a cabin to rent in the Blue Ridge Mountains and go hiking. Danny has many hobbies from woodworking to car repair, but he is most passionate about music. He sings and has taught himself how to play guitar and bass.
Danny is looking forward to sharing his passions and ministries with the members of First Presbyterian Church of Kissimmee and the surrounding community.
